30% to over 50% off regular retail.

If you are thinking of vinyl you will want to check out

VCT (Vinyl Composition Tile)
A great commercial product that is also great for high
traffic residential areas.  Very durable yet
inexpensive.  Create your own floor pattern with
12” x 12” or 16” x 16” tiles.
